Strawberry Jam

10 ounce frozen strawberries or raspberries
1 1/2 cups butter
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix fruit and butter at room temperature. Cream butter and sugar together in electric mixer. When fluffy beat in fruit. Remove to refrigerator containers or into mold into desired shape and store.

A treat on pound cakes, waffles, French toast, muffins or hot bread.
