2 eggs

Cheese (To your own preference)… Try Dill Cheese!

Diced Vegetables (Your preference)… Some ideas: red, green, yellow bell peppers, onion, spinach, mushroom, tomato, cilantro, parsley and the list could go on.

Prepare vegetables of choice and cheese. Crack open 2 eggs and mix. Butter skillet. Turn stove top on low heat. Pour the eggs onto the skillet, then place cheese and vegetables on top of the eggs. Wait for it to start cooking, and then fold egg over and make sure both sides are cooked well. And enjoy 🙂
